I've donated 40,000 to schools who affected by school shootings, 130,000 to local schools through my School Kindness Assemblies, handed out thousands more at Hospitals, Cancer Treatment Centers, and left thousands more in public places for people to find. 

As of November 2025, I'm aware of 124 instances where my hearts have been used to prevent a potential death by suicide.
